At first it was no bending, turning or twisting, and only lifting up to 10 lbs.. Now, she can bend a little but not all the way, and can lift up to 15 lbs. Shirley is supposed to walk 15 minutes a couple of times per day, but that is with pain. She can sit up to 15 minutes at a time and no riding in a car over 30 - 45 min without a break.
